Yanks are going for their 8th straight win... Sox are scuttling. I've never looked forward to NFL training camp as much as I am this year.

What we really needed was a moderately decent lefty bat that can only play first. Not that Youk's batting falls off a cliff when he plays third or anything (oh, wait, what's that-it does?). Gah. We need a real, honest to god power threat in the lineup at least until someone shocks JD Drew's lifeless body into hitting at least .280.
