Note to the city of Quincy: it is no longer road out of crown colony can get back to work. I'm sick of seeing this project sit unattended to when it's a perfectly clear day and progress could be made! The only reason a project like this takes 3 years to complete is because they only work 1/3rd of the time... At best!
